Point-person on anything data performing analysis on finances and resource hour data sources.

RESULT

Analyzed ~150,000 rows of data finding profit margins between biggest products. Product with the most revenue proportionately has 565% more profit than the product with the most hours spent in the implementation phase. IDI’s with SME’s to try to figure out why. Lacked a proper tracking system to get concrete numbers.

Final recommendation was to create a tracking system during the implementation phase. This will allow them to allocate resource hours, define trends in customizations to find more universal customizations.
